Butterfly on Cosmos - Tutorial

Learn how to paint this butterfly on a cosmos flower with watercolors!

In this tutorial we’re going to practice wet on wet technique to create soft, blurry background and smooth transitions on the petals of the flower. The dark butterfly creates a nice contrast to the light background and the sunny flower. This is not a difficult project, perfect for all skill levels.
